Facial exercises promote a smooth and wrinkle free skin. As facial muscles loose firmness, the facial exercise helps in toning the facial muscles.
Forehead: Place your index fingers just above your eyes and pull down your eyes while raising your eyebrows. This facial exercise firms your forehead. Repeat this exercise for ten times.
Eyes: This is very good for relieving tension headache. This exercise relaxes the eyes and surrounding areas and soothe the optic nerve. Rub your hands together briskly and place the palms over your closed eyes. Take deep breath and relax for 5 minutes. You can do this exercise in your bed or chair, at home or in office.
Eye Puffiness: This exercise is for removing the puffiness below the eyes.Place your three fingers under the eye, pull down, and try to close your eyes. Hold for 10 seconds and release. Repeat for 5 times.
Neck: Sit straight and tilt your head back looking at the ceiling. Keep your lips closed and relaxed. Move your lower lip over your top lip as far as possible and keep for a count of ten. Relax and repeat for ten times.
Mouth: Take your middle fingers and pull down on either side of your lower lip thus exposing your teeth.
Double chin: Sit straight in a chair and tilt your head back and look at the ceiling. Keep your lips closed and relaxed. Make your lips round, count up to twenty and relax and bring your head back to the normal position.For Wrinkles: This exercise is good for removing laugh lines and overall toning up of cheeks. Inhale through mouth and hold the air in your mouth to make a pose of a trumpet player. Hold for 1 minute and slowly exhale from nostrils. Repeat for 5 times.
